If you already have drawings with planning and building regulations in place we are happy to provide a full specification and fixed price quotation within 10 working days. We will provide advice and design alterations to increase the suitability and impact of your existing drawings if required.

Planning

 Should you require plans to be drawn, our architects will draw up draft plans. Upon your approval the plans will be submitted

to the Local Authority for building regulations approval and planning permission. We can also work to your plans if you have already had them drawn up.

Before Work Begins

With Made 2 Measure you can rest assured that you and your property is in safe hands. Once the specification has been finalised down to the last light fitting and power socket, the price will be fixed and agreed upon. You will be briefed on:-
