We have a quick response team, which attends the incident within hours. Our main concern is to prevent further loss occurring to the property, whilst implementing procedures that will make the transition back to normality as smooth and stress-free as possible for the client. In the case of a fire, after taking readings for the temperature, we would remove any items of value from smoke affected areas into a drying area, or move them off site to a storage area for inspection and decontamination.

All electronic equipment is checked for smoke damage and then dry or wet washed to remove all traces of smoke and carbon. In other words, all items that are restorable will be returned to site as quickly as possible, thus keeping the restoration time to a minimum and returning things back to normal.
